Let me start by saying: We are NOT certified electricians. Conversely, we regularly install a ceiling fans with remote controls, change dimmers & switches, upgrade bathroom fans & outlets to GFI. We work on established circuits, but we don't test non-working lines or work on fuse panels. We'll replace a flood light w/ sensors & timers, & increase your security w/ video doorbell integration & new cameras that can store to the cloud. Lighting, chandeliers & LED's are easy too.

Plumbing

Let me start by saying: We are NOT certified plumbers. However, we are VERY experienced with many of the simpler plumbing tasks like: kitchen & bathroom faucet replacements, toilet internal rebuilds or replacements, unclogging pipes and snaking sink drains, garbage disposals, dishwasher & sink installations, AND shower head upgrades. We can handle all kinds of minor plumbing issues for the unique needs of our clients. You just have to call, we'll handle it all.

Carpentry

To be a carpenter, you HAVE to have construction knowledge, courage to work from TALL ladders, & safety in mind when using power tools. Our #1 area of expertise is chimneys & siding. The next area of constant maintenance is the fascia, soffit, rake boards & eave's trim. Coming further down, windows & doors are the next biggest area that requires constant attention. We try to suggest preventative maintenance. Caulk & paint prevent the need for more costly wood rot repairs. But if your wood is rotten, we know how to get things back into shape w/ long term fixes. Furniture repair, door staining, handle, strikers & hinges ALL fall into our carpentry services. We also build racks & closets, organize garages & basements & install blinds.

Remodeling

For many homeowners, remodeling is a daunting endeavor. We know how to incorporate the design elements of a bathroom: the vanity, lighting, sink & faucet styles with the flooring, baseboards & paint colors. We love to transform kitchens into brand new, 21st century focal points. AND finishing some basement storage into useable living space, that is our greatest love! With help from a structural engineer, we can remove walls, add walls, add windows, doors or bathrooms.
